Provenance collects the information needed to run your account and fulfil your orders: your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. When you make a payment, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card or bank details directly — we never see or store your full payment credentials on our own servers.
We use your information to process orders, communicate about your account or purchases, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional updates about new arrivals. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and protected using access controls that restrict who can read or modify it. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember items in your cart — this stays on your device and is not sent to our servers until you actually place an order.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Provenance reserves the right to update them at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable duties and customs clearance unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Every item sold is described to the best of our knowledge following our authentication process. Since pieces are pre-owned, minor signs of wear consistent with the stated condition should be expected and are not grounds for a claim unless they were not disclosed in the listing.
Provenance's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability in ways not permitted under Indian law.

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final except in the following case: if an item is ever successfully proven to be inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund, no conditions beyond that.
If your order arrives damaged, significantly not as described, or you believe it fails authentication, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review the claim and respond with next steps.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We currently ship within India only. Orders are typically delivered 9-16 days from the country of origin, depending on customs processing in that specific case.
Import duties and customs clearance are already included in the price shown at checkout — there is no separate customs bill on delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
