Each piece is authenticated through one or more trusted verification methods, including Entrupy, the originating store’s in-house authentication process, Legit Grails, and original brand certificates where available. If a certificate isn’t included, you can request one before purchasing.
Yes. Import duties and customs clearance are already included in the price shown at checkout — there’s no separate customs bill on delivery.
Most orders arrive within 9–16 business days from the country of origin, depending on customs processing.
As every piece is one of a kind, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other non-quality-related reasons. The one exception: if a piece is ever proven inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund. We encourage you to carefully review the product description, measurements, condition, and photos before making your purchase.
